Account information: Mobile number, name, and institution/organisation details provided during registration.
Assessment data: BET scores, section-wise skill points (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing), and attempt history.
Payment information: Transaction IDs and order details. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials — these are handled entirely by Razorpay.
Usage data: Lesson progress, XP, streaks, and interaction logs used to personalise your learning path.
Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, and session identifiers for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To calculate your personalised pricing and apply scholarship or institute discounts.
To deliver and personalise your learning experience.
To process payments and send transaction confirmations.
To send important service notices and, with your consent, promotional communications.
To improve platform performance and develop new features.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

Service providers: Razorpay (payments), cloud hosting providers, and communication services — only as needed to operate the platform.
Your institution: If your account is linked to an organisation, we may share enrolment and progress data with that institution.
Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and learning data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 3 years after account closure for legal and analytical purposes. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to:

Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
