1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FluentEdge Go platform ("FEGo", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FEGo. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fluentedge.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscriptions are sold on a prepaid basis for the duration selected at checkout.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect active subscriptions.

5. Discount and Scholarship Eligibility

Scholarship discounts are based on your BET (Benchmark English Test) score and are applied automatically at checkout. Institute/coupon discounts are applied on the amount remaining after the scholarship discount. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Permitted Use

FEGo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell any content on the platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape platform content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FEGo — including lessons, assessments, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive property of Wexl AI Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and no refund will be issued for any unused subscription period, except where required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific learning outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wexl AI Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
